ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION:

The National Clearinghouse is the leading private source for US college enrollment data. Cal State Monterey Bay is a participant in EnrollmentVerify allowing providers of student-based services to obtain immediate, affordable online verifications.

Students: The National Clearinghouse can provide to Cal State Monterey Bay students enrollment verifications for a minimum fee of $2.50. The Campus Service Center can also provide current students with enrollment verifications at no fee.

Commercial Entities: Since this campus no longer provides enrollment verification directly to commercial entities, the National Clearinghouse provides a convenient service that cuts through the administrative hurdles and delays caused by dealing with schools directly to acquire proof of a student's degree status for a fee.
